　　据了解，这些奶制品外包装上都印有厂名、厂址、注册商标、生产日期等，包装得比较细致完好，一般看不出问题。但是详细检查就可以发现，外包装上醒目地印着“营养早餐奶”“特加浓”“酸酸奶”等，而箱子里面的小包装上却是“乳味饮料”，成分仅是由水、奶粉、食品添加剂调兑的饮料，产品里外标识不一致，涉嫌假冒伪劣产品。另外，这些产品箱子的外包装颜色、图案、所印注“依力”字样等，与两种国内品牌极为相似，有高度模仿名牌奶制品之嫌，上面的广告语也如出一辙，违反了《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》第二十二条的规定，涉嫌侵犯、仿冒知名商品的包装装潢权。第三，包装上所印的“奥盈”商标，经查并非原注册商标的原始图案标记，明显有大的变动，还印制有“依力”字样，属于冒用注册商标。第四，进货商不能提供该批货有效的质检报告。据此初步分析，这批货品涉嫌假冒，属于“问题奶”。
