卫生部昨日表示，我国将暂缓审批新的人类辅助生殖技术，全面清理现有审批情况，严查整治代孕、非法买卖卵子和网售促排卵药物等现象。当日，卫生部和总后勤部卫生部联合召开人类辅助生殖技术管理专项整治行动启动电视电话会议。

卫生部长陈竺指出，近年来少数地区准入把关不严，一些未取得资质的机构和个人，违法违规开展辅助生殖技术服务；一些非法机构在网络上随意销售促排卵药物；个别医务人员受利益驱使，参与违法违规活动，起到了推波助澜作用；一些地方还存在法规明令禁止的代孕和非法买卖卵子等现象，社会影响极为恶劣。
