贵州省卫生厅16日通报，贵州近日确诊的2例人感染高致病性禽流感病例，确认均与禽类有密切接触史，且均为发病一周左右送至医院救治，耽误最佳治疗期致病情加重。目前已有71名密切接触者解除隔离，仍有39人接受隔离。

　　据通报，今年2月7日和8日，贵州省贵阳市两名患者到医院就诊后，分别被诊断为不明原因肺炎病例和重症肺炎合并呼吸窘迫综合征，10日经确诊为人感染禽流感病例。21岁的女患者因病情危重于13日抢救无效死亡，另一名31岁的男患者目前仍在全力救治中，目前患者生命体征平稳，但仍未脱离危险。
