　　本报讯（记者 武建玲 通讯员 王欣若愚）全市法院破解执行难课题实践活动现场会日前召开，中原区“五步走”破解被执行人“唯一住房”执行难题的做法得到与会人员肯定。

　　针对这一难题，今年3月起，根据郑州中院部署，中原区法院从具体案件着手，邀请业内人士和法学专家共同参与，开展专题研究，探寻出了有效解决这一难题的方法。

　　被该院纳入执行范围的此类案件须满足三个条件：具有给付内容的债权债务案件；被执行人无其他财产可供执行；该“唯一住房”被处分后，扣除被执行人及其抚养家属的必要生活费后仍有剩余价值。
