近日，市住建委印发了《北京市房屋建筑安全管理员管理办法》（以下简称《办法》），自2012年10月1日起，本市每一个物业管理区域或者自管房项目应当至少配备一名房屋建筑结构安全员和一名设备设施管理员对所辖房屋建筑进行安全管理。主要职责是对房屋建筑结构、附属构筑物及设施设备系统进行使用安全检查，对于检查中发现的房屋建筑使用安全问题，要求及时向房屋建筑使用安全责任人和有关行政主管部门报告。《办法》的实施是为贯彻落实《北京市房屋建筑使用安全管理办法》（北京市人民政府229号令）和《北京市城镇房屋建筑使用安全综合治理办法》（京政发〔2010〕17号），提高我市既有房屋建筑使用安全管理水平，完善房屋建筑使用安全管理体系，进一步明确、落实房屋建筑安全管理的主体责任，建立健全基层房屋建筑使用安全管理人员队伍，实现房屋建筑安全可持续。
