“新设立的三沙市，是我国海洋面积最大的市。海南海事局作为海事管理部门，有责任管好海洋，责无旁贷地服务于三沙市的经济社会发展与建设。”近日，海南海事局副局长张捷接受了海南日报、南方日报联合报道组的采访。
