  昨日,北京市社情民意调查中心调查显示,近半数人(46.2%)表示明年“十一”还出门,近八成市民建议恢复“五一”黄金周和强制推行带薪休假。

  对于带薪休假的呼吁,王健民认为,行政事业性单位、国企和外企带薪休假施行较好,民企要差一些。而民企数量大,员工比较多。这方面还需要督促落实。同时,员工若没有享受带薪休假的权利,可以到法院和劳动仲裁部门寻求救济渠道。但近年来还没出现过企业违反带薪休假被起诉的。“员工要珍视和维护自己的权利。”
