　　针对海南三亚热带海滨风景名胜区存在的问题，住房和城乡建设部提出了相应的整改意见：一是行政管理职能收归管理机构统一行使。二是按照《风景名胜区条例》有关规定，规范门票管理，交由管理机构统一收取。三是落实建设项目依法报管理机构审核的规定。四是风景名胜区内建设项目应该符合风景名胜区规划要求，《三亚热带海滨风景名胜区总体规划》批准生效前，暂停风景名胜区内所有建设活动及审批。
