来自新竹县消防局的消息称，发生意外的车辆是一辆搭载新北市旅客的游览车，9日下午在新竹县尖石乡司马库斯翻落山谷，车上连司机共23人，目前已知有13人死亡、2人失踪、1人重伤、7人轻伤。
