北京时间2月20日，美国驻华大使骆家辉在北京公布了新的签证政策。从2013年3月16日开始，美国驻华大使馆首次向中国公众提供在线预约服务，以前只能通过电话预约。此外，中国人办理赴美签证的费用将减少。
