乱象不断的“一日游”市场终于迎来全国性的合同文本。国家旅游局前日发布新版《国内旅游“一日游”合同(示范文本)》，其中明确规定，取消“一日游”行程中购物、另行付费项目以及自由活动项目。同时规定，旅行社强迫或者变相强迫游客购物的，每安排或强迫一次，旅行社应向旅游者支付旅游费用总额20%的违约金。对于该合同文本，国家旅游局要求各地结合实际积极推广使用。
