　　根据上述数据和方法，本研究分别针对两类饭店进行数据采集、模型构建和顾客满意度指数计算，并按照顾客满意度指数进行排名，最终实现“2012年度中国豪华(挂牌五星级)饭店口碑排行榜”和“2012年度中国高端(OTA上的四星级)饭店口碑排行榜”。
