《中华人民共和国旅游法》于4月25日问世，对旅行团强迫购物、导游违规等做出严格管控。然而，“五一”小长假刚过，本报记者就接到不少读者来电，称他们在假期参加旅行社组织的团体游，被旅行中的陷阱坏了心情。日前，《生命时报》联合搜狐网旅游频道进行了一项近7000人参与的调查，结果显示，94%的参与者曾在旅游中遭遇陷阱，其中被强迫购物或买到假货者达29%；餐饮菜品缩水者占20%；此外，遭遇住宿条件缩水与景点额外收费的人也不在少数。在遭遇陷阱后，65%的人没有维权；32%的人维权但没有成功；维权成功者仅为3%。对此，记者专访了北京第二外国语学院旅游学院副院长谷慧敏、北京市百瑞律师事务所律师龚楠和华远国旅市场与品牌推广高级经理孙丽婵，教你如何破解各种旅游陷阱。
