  如何激发公立医院参与医改的活力?理顺政府对医院的管理体制?如何缓解大医院看病难的问题?日前在此间举办的首届湘雅海峡两岸的医院管理高峰论坛上,来自全国的300多名医院管理专家及医院院长积极献言献策。
