中新网7月18日电 卫生部7月18日上午在北京召开《医疗机构从业人员行为规范》专题新闻发布会，中国医师协会副秘书长谢启麟在回答记者提问时透露，医师协会希望制定一些行业内部的测评，目前正考虑制作医生“黑名单”。
