　　定点医疗机构等级评定工作每年评定一次，并将结果向社会公示，连续两次评定为AA级的定点医疗机构由成都市医保局推荐给四川省人社厅作为AAA级评定对象。被四川省人社厅评为AAA级的定点医疗机构总额预付金将在原有基础上上浮10%，同时保证金缴纳金额将下调50%；而对于无等级医院，医保经办机构将在日常检查基础上进行重点监督。(完)
