记者从省农业厅了解到，9月11日，湛江市经济技术开发区东简镇部分养殖户饲养的肉鸭出现疑似禽流感症状，发病鸭14050只，死亡6300只。昨天经国家禽流感参考实验室(哈尔滨)确诊为H5N1高致病性禽流感疫情。目前，疫情已得到有效控制，到目前为止，全省未接到新的疫情报告。
