　　30日，记者从全省基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统建设项目工作会上获悉，我省将启动居民健康卡工程，首先鼓励有条件的市或县(市区)建设居民健康卡，率先为新生儿、献血者等发放居民健康卡，居民可持该卡在不同医院就诊，实现个人健康信息等共享。

　　据了解，目前省内多家医院都推出了医卡通或就诊卡，需要患者在就诊前办理，以便检查和结算时使用，但不同医院的医卡通无法通用。不过，这种情况有望得到改变。30日，在全省基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统建设项目工作会上，省卫生厅负责人表示，我省将鼓励有条件的市或县(市区)先行建设居民健康卡，率先为新生儿、献血者、接触职业病危害作业的劳动者发放居民健康卡，逐步实现全省卫生行业居民健康卡一卡通用。

　　据悉，为实现居民健康信息共享，方便患者就医，卫生部提出建立规范的居民健康卡，使居民拥有唯一的、全国通用的居民健康卡，实现居民个人电子健康档案、电子病历等卫生信息资源共享和动态更新等。居民健康卡将集合社保或新农合信息、个人健康信息等，并可跨地区跨医疗机构使用。
