近日江西省妇幼保健产前诊断中心又发现了一例罕见异常染色体核型。经中国医学遗传学国家重点实验室鉴定为世界首报，这是该院发现的第26例世界首报核型，对医学遗传学的临床研究、生殖医学研究具有重要意义。

　　据了解，人类的遗传病病因很多与染色体异常有关，如一些不孕不育、习惯性流产、死胎畸胎、小儿先天智力低下、粒细胞性白血病等。这例异常染色体核型来源一名3岁半的男孩，其父母染色体正常，母亲在妊娠期间也没有接触有毒物质。男孩足月分娩，智力发育正常，但头较小，出生后逐渐出现运动协调差、生长发育迟缓。男孩父母因此带他到省妇幼保健院就诊。经该院专家检查、分析，这名男孩的染色体核型异常为偶发性突变。目前该染色体异常核型已正式录入《中国人类染色体异常核型数据库》。（记者 杨林）
