昨天，记者从市科委和卫生局联合举办重大疾病防治科技创新高峰论坛上获悉，北京目前已建中国首个大规模的MSM(男男同性恋)高危人群动态随访队列，当前人数达6000人，并建立起来了世界最大最全面的艾滋病(HIV)急性期感染者队列，这将对艾滋病的研究和防控起重要作用。

　　首都艾滋病科技攻关项目首席专家、北京佑安医院教授吴昊介绍，在北京市科委支持下，6年来，课题组经对本市10万名艾滋病高危人群的调查发现，感染HIV最高危人群是男男同性恋群体，感染率接近1/10，性发感染率为35/1000。
