　　根据“中风孤岛指数”调查报告显示，当前的中风病症覆盖层面进一步扩大，尤其是年轻化的趋势日益明显。在申请“中风孤岛救援中国行”的1346个案例中，141人在50岁以下。其中70后和80后接近30个，最小的竟然只有12岁。天坛医院副院长王拥军多次说到，目前中风已经不再是老年人的专属病例。

　　如何能够及早发现中风的征兆，一般要记住三个步骤：S、T和R，S(smile)，要求患者笑一下，笑的时候如果有一边的嘴角没有正常的抬起或者两边不对称，就说明有中风的先兆。T(talk)，要求患者说一个简单的句子，要有条理和连贯性，比如“今天天气晴朗”，然后请他来重复一下。R(raise)，要求患者举起双臂，将两臂抬平，如果两只手无法达到平衡，也是中风的征兆之一。
