　　安徽省血液中心业务科科长郭晓婕告诉记者：从1998年《献血法》颁布后，全国医院的用血均为无偿捐献。献血证是献血凭证，不仅记载了无偿捐献者献血的时间、地点、数量等相关信息，还附有一个五十年都不会重复、跟献血者身份对应的条码。通过这个条码，可以追溯献血者信息，也可查到血液流向。
