据报道，美国目前正遭遇近10年来最为严重的流感疫情，而中国国内流感疫情也有所抬头。中国疾病预防控制中心首席流行病学专家曾光和全国政协委员、南京医科大学传染病研究室主任孙南雄在接受记者采访时均表示，甲型H1N1流感已成为季节性流感病毒之一，但2012-2013年度流感疫情超2009年高峰水平可能性不大，公众无需恐慌。
