北京市疾病预防控制中心1月5日称，北京已进入流感活动高峰期，未来一段时期内将维持在较高的活动水平。现阶段北京市为甲型H1N1流感病毒和甲型H3N2亚型流感病毒共同流行，且甲型H1N1流感病毒逐渐转变为主导毒株。

　　北京市疾控中心提示，尽量避免接触流感样病例患者，必须接触时应佩戴口罩；若出现流感样症状，应避免接触他人，同时应及时就医，去医院时应佩戴口罩；在保证室内温度的情况下，增加每天开窗通风次数保持室内空气新鲜；老人和孩子外出时更要注意保暖，尽量减少前往人多拥挤、空气污浊的场所；目前北京市仍可自费接种流感疫苗，有需要的可去接种疫苗预防流感。(记者 李亚红)
