今年本市将建立消费者权益保护鉴定援助制度，确保消费者合法权益得到有效保障。今天上午召开的北京市工商行政管理工作会议上，明确了今年的执法重点是集中查处危害公共安全、食品安全、人民群众生命财产安全、侵犯消费者合法权益、严重危害经济秩序和社会秩序的案件。市工商局局长杨艺文表示，今年将建立以经济户口为基础、信用管理和风险管理为支撑的监管体系，构建多元消费纠纷解决机制。
