南方日报讯(记者/曹斯)媒体的监督报道对推进食品安全工作起了很好的作用。但近几年有关报道屡现不科学、不客观、不全面的现象，例如，“香蕉致癌”、“甲醛啤酒”、“毒蜜饯”等事件中，把“个案”推而广之到整个行业；动辄使用“有毒”、“致癌”等词语，夸大危害、制造冤假错案。昨天本报了解到省政协委员李汴生在提案中指出，食品安全涉及许多科学问题，报道要讲科学，讲证据。

　　身为华南理工大学食品科学与工程系主任的李汴生委员认为，近年来我们食品产品尽管还存在不少问题，但整体的食品安全形势在向好的方向发展。但目前的一些相关报道过于偏颇和夸大，使相关行业形象受损，加剧了公众的恐慌和社会质疑，产生了明显的负面作用。

　　他建议，食品安全事件报道也要强调“度”的问题，过于细节化地描写劣质食品加工、渲染肮脏不堪的加工环境等，容易激化社会矛盾、夸大食品危害等，带来社会负面效应。

　　特别是食品安全涉及许多科学问题。例如，食品中可能存在损害消费者健康的危害物质，但还要看所含危害物质的多少，是否达到危害人体健康的程度，风险低就可以忽视。因此，媒体或管理部门应设立食品专家监审，今后涉及食品安全的报道应通过监审的审核。

　　政府监管部门应建立由各方食品安全专家参与的食品安全信息发布专门机构，针对突发的食品安全事件及其报道，及时、准确和全面地发出权威信息，回应媒体和民众的疑问。
