据中国青年报报道,中国科学院近日公布了该院“大气灰霾追因与控制”专项组的最新研究结果,研究认为,最近的强雾霾事件,是异常天气形势造成中东部大气稳定、人为污染排放、浮尘和丰富水汽共同作用的结果,是一次自然因素和人为因素共同作用的事件。
