　　日前，省政府出台《关于做好社会保障工作的意见》，未来3年内，我省将进一步实现社保、医保的城乡统筹，探索建立跨省异地就医协作机制，在全省普遍推广社会保障个人信息电脑查询、电话查询、短信查询，同时，试点事业单位退休人员逐步由社区管理。

　　未来三年内，我省将整合城乡社会保险经办管理职能和资源，加快推进城乡居民养老、医疗保险的统一经办服务。逐步实现城乡之间养老保险、医疗保险的转移衔接。医疗保险实现省内异地就医基本医疗费用即时结算，探索建立跨省异地就医协作机制。进一步完善企业职工基本养老保险省级统筹。全面实现医疗、工伤、失业、生育保险市级统筹，稳步推进省级统筹。研究制定城乡居民养老保险基金省级管理办法，逐步实现基金省级统一管理。同时，在全省建立医疗费用及退休人员领取养老金资格异地协查机制。另外，我省建立全省统一的社会救助信息管理系统，实现医疗救助与城乡居民医疗保险“一站式”结算。

　　除了统筹机制，我省还将加强社会保障服务体系建设，在全省各级普遍建立布局合理、功能齐全、信息联网的社会保障经办服务设施，所有街道(社区)、乡镇基本完成社会保障基层服务平台建设，行政村普遍实施社会保障协理员制度，覆盖全社会的社会保障公共服务网络基本形成。进一步健全社会保险社会化管理服务体系，将符合条件的企业退休人员全部纳入社区管理，并建立试点探索将事业单位退休人员逐步纳入社区管理。
