“你还敢吃炒瓜子吗？”这两天，不少市民在微博上表达对“炒瓜子”的恐惧，明矾、滑石粉等词汇也因与“炒瓜子”挂钩而备受关注。苏州质监部门22日对从市场上随机抽样的炒瓜子进行检测。结果发现，七种瓜子均检出铝含量，而目前，明矾、滑石粉等含铝物质并不在现行国家检测项目之列。
