全国政协委员、卫生部副部长王国强昨天表示，国家中医药法草案已经列入全国人大立法重点，有望年内出台。

　　目前，我国中医类医院总诊疗人次和出院人数的年增长分别达到10%和15%以上。王国强介绍，2013年将把基层中医药服务能力提升工程作为医改工作中的一项重点任务加以推进。推动更多中医药项目纳入基本公共卫生服务项目，支持各地探索将中医药纳入重大公共卫生服务项目。(记者张然)
