上半年已开工建设保障性住房4.29万套(户)，完成年度计划的72.8%。其中，已开工建设廉租房1.02万套、经济适用房5590套、公共租赁房2万套、限价商品房546套，实施城市和国有工矿棚户区改造6621户。

　　我区今年计划开工建设保障性定居工程5.89万套(户)。其中，新建廉租住房1万套，经济适用住房8500套、公共租赁住房2.25万套、限价商品住房1100套、城市和国有工矿棚户区改造1.68万户。
