东方网7月14日消息：据《东方早报(博客,微博)》报道，非本市户籍居民家庭持社会保险缴纳证明购买住房的，缴纳社会保险须符合“自购房之日起算的前2年内累计缴纳满12个月”，补缴的不予认可。近日，上海市住房保障和房屋管理局下发《关于执行住房限售政策中查验社会保险缴纳证明材料问题的通知》（以下简称《通知》），重申了上述规定，并就查验购房人社会保险（城镇社会保险，下同）缴纳证明材料的问题作出具体规定。

　　《通知》明确，为严格执行住房限售政策，各房地产交易中心在受理房地产预告登记或转移登记时，对非本市户籍居民家庭持社会保险缴纳证明购买住房的，应加强查验购房人提供的社会保险缴纳证明材料，发现补缴或涉嫌提供虚假材料的，及时汇总提交市社会保险事业管理中心核验。购房人社会保险缴纳证明材料不符合规定的，区县房地产交易中心不予办理房地产登记。
