国土资源部日前公布2012年上半年房地产用地供应情况。数据显示，上半年全国高溢价地远少于去年同期，全国共上报高价地即总价或单价创新高，或溢价率超过50%的异常交易房地产用地宗数24宗，远少于去年同期的433宗;住宅用地流标流拍1257宗，同比增加79.6%。昨天，国土部下属的中国土地勘测规划院城市地价动态监测组最新公布的二季度全国重点区域和主要城市地价状况显示，二季度主要城市地价3069元/平方米。
