　　（一）各行业协会负责在我市（含区一级）住房城乡建设行政管理部门及住房城乡建设系统事业单位、具有独立法人资格的企业单位中推荐1个先进集体；在我市住房城乡建设系统企业单位和实行企业化管理的事业单位连续工作5年以上的从业人员中推荐1名劳动模范。
