商报讯 （通讯员 童可 记者 丁淑萍） 昨天，作为今年市政府重点建设项目的运河新城和景芳单元保障性住房项目又传来最新进展：两个项目现已完成项目立项，初步设计审查和施工图的设计，预计将于今年10月底开工，2016年上半年投入使用。
