本报讯 (记者 杨群)国家统计局昨天发布70个大中城市房价统计数据显示,部分城市房价出现了一些新变化,6月份房价同比下降的城市个数虽继续增加,但环比上涨的城市个数明显增加,一线城市中,北京、上海和广州的新建商品住宅销售价格环比分别上涨了0.3%、0.2%和0.2%,二手房价格也有所上涨。国家统计局城市司高级统计师马晓明指出,6月份一些城市房价环比上涨的原因是多方面的,具有一定的特殊性。
