来自省住房和城乡建设厅的消息，今年7月份全省保障性安居工程完成投资39.62亿元。截至7月底，全省累计完成投资189.52亿元（含结转续建项目），其中，保障性住房完成投资106.43亿元，各类棚户区改造完成投资83.09亿元。我市的开工率一直稳居全省前列。

　　据统计，到今年7月份，列入2012年保障性安居工程目标任务的项目，共开工135206套（保障性住房91922套，各类棚户区改造43284套），开工率85.09%，比6月底增长5.85个百分点。开工率较高的是宁德市104.66%、泉州市100%、厦门市93.51%。7月份全省新开工9292套，当月开工率增长较快的是莆田市、南平市、宁德市，分别增长20.89、14.84、14.38个百分点。
