　　本报讯 （记者 晏秋秋 通讯员 王广滨）由中建八局建设的上海规模最大保障房基地浦东惠南大型居住社区已雏形显现。昨天，中建八局相关负责人在立功竞赛活动上透露，该基地的动迁安置房预计于9月底主体结构封顶，明年5月底具备竣工验收条件；经济适用房将于今年底主体结构封顶，明年6月底具备竣工验收条件。一期工程加紧建设同时，今年新开工的二期工程，涉及经济适用房9个地块，占地约28万平方米，总建筑面积72万平方米。
