　　国家交通运输物流公共信息共享平台启建于2007年，2009年12月交通运输部与浙江省人民政府签署了共同促进浙江省交通物流发展会议纪要，将该平台列为行业物流公共信息平台试点示范项目，2010年7月交通运输部又批复了交通运输物流公共信息共享平台试点示范项目实施方案，同年12月，中日韩三国签署《东北亚物流信息服务网络合作备忘录》，并宣布东北亚物流信息服务网络成立，这标志着国家交通运输物流公共信息共享平台走向国际。据统计，今年上半年该平台日平均交换量60—70万条，峰值甚至达到118万条；平台用户超过10万，使用统一标准的通用软件企业达4000余家。
