　　据介绍，荆江河段航道整治工程是国家内河水运“十二五”期重点建设项目，也是长江中下游干线航道突破瓶颈的关键性工程，总投资约43.3亿元。按照共建方案，各方将深入推行“制度+科技”廉政风险防控模式，通过加强学习教育、制度建设、招标投标管理监督、材料采购管理监督、工程质量管理监督、工程安全生产管理监督、工程计量支付管理监督、工程设计变更管理监督、资金管理监督、交工验收管理监督等10个方面的工作，实现全过程、全方位、多层面的监督管理。共建工作成立领导小组及办公室，李建波任组长，长江航务管理局局长唐冠军、中央纪委驻部纪检组副组长张建任副组长，办公室设在长江航务管理局。
