日前，交通运输部正式印发《关于进一步加强交通运输新闻宣传工作的意见》（简称《意见》），明确提出要按照高举旗帜、围绕中心、服务大局、创新求实的总体要求，着力提升交通运输发展成就宣传的社会影响力，着力提升舆情研判和引导水平，着力完善新闻宣传体制机制，为加快发展现代交通运输业提供强有力的精神动力和舆论环境。

　　《意见》强调，新时期交通运输新闻宣传工作要遵循“围绕中心，服务大局；贴近实际，服务行业；改革创新，务求实效；整合资源，形成合力”的原则，力争经过五年努力，交通运输行业新闻宣传意识明显增强，新闻宣传队伍素质明显提高，新闻宣传手段明显改善，新闻宣传效果明显提升，不断增强对主流媒体影响力、网络媒体引导力、行业媒体号召力，努力塑造交通运输行业良好社会形象。

　　《意见》明确提出今后五年改进和加强新闻宣传工作的六项主要任务。

　　一是着力深化重大主题新闻宣传。交通运输部将紧紧围绕综合运输体系建设、创新驱动发展、绿色低碳交通等重大主题开展深度策划，推出鲜活报道，形成强劲声势。各级交通运输主管部门每年都要重点策划实施2至3项重大主题宣传活动。

　　《意见》要求，各部门、各单位要实行领导负责、宣传部门牵头、业务部门协同、干部职工参与的工作机制，切实把新闻宣传工作作为本部门、本单位重要工作目标，纳入工作考核体系。要进一步完善和健全新闻发布支撑机构，新闻宣传职能在交通运输大部制改革中只能加强，不能削弱。要将新闻宣传经费列入年度财政预算，保证常态化新闻宣传工作经费和重大主题、重大活动的专题经费。要积极引进新闻宣传策划人才，在全行业分层次组织开展新闻宣传人才的系统化、专业化培训，加大新闻宣传干部的培养交流、挂职锻炼、选拔任用力度。交通运输部新闻办公室要加强对全行业新闻宣传工作的指导督察。
