5月21日，交通运输部海事局和国务院南水北调办公室环保司在江苏徐州组织召开座谈会，商讨进一步推动京杭运河船舶试点应用LNG（液化天然气）清洁燃料工作相关事宜。

　　京杭运河是南水北调工程东线的重要输水河道，担负着向京、津、冀以及山东胶东地区的输水任务，5月28日将进行试通水。交通运输部海事局常务副局长陈爱平表示，要尽快制定京杭运河江苏段、山东段船舶“油改气”的具体推进计划，加强各部门的协调配合，充分发挥政府指导作用，引导企业加快推进这项工作。海事部门应重点研究并解决广大船东和船民所面临的难题，减少不必要的审批程序，加快研究出台相应的技术规范、标准和办法，为打造京杭运河“清水走廊”贡献力量。
