记者从交通运输部路网中心获悉，2013年“五一”劳动节假期全国高速公路和普通公路实施重大节假日免收7座以下（含7座）小型客车通行费政策的免费时间为4月29日0时至5月1日24时，免费车道继续实行“入口不发卡、出口抬杆放行”的通行模式。
