深圳市民熊先生致电本报维权热线投诉称，一家四口在深圳中旅报名华东五市游，由上海锦之旅旅行社负责地接，地陪导游李某自称上海十大杰出导游，整个行程却是景点多处缩水，购物时间翻倍，期间还扔下团队3小时陪女朋友共进晚餐，顾客拒绝自费项目还粗暴对待。对此，上海锦之旅旅行社表示已有核实处理，但消费者表示，双方至今未能就赔偿方案达成一致。

　　旅行结束后，熊先生同时向深圳中旅和上海锦之旅旅行社投诉导游李某。“十大杰出导游？不可能的事。”记者致电锦之旅旅行社，华东地接部的负责人何小姐首先否认了李导游所谓的十大杰出称号，随后向记者表示，根据深圳中旅的要求，锦之旅已经将上海方面的核实结果通报给深圳方，但出于流程原因，不方便作任何核实结果的透露。至于对导游的处理，何小姐表示，地陪导游跟客人产生争执，公司一定会作出处理，但结果目前也不方便告知。
