昨日，国际航空运输协会（IATA）发布报告，预计2016年全球航空客运量将达到36亿人次，与2011年的28亿相比增长8亿人次。其中，中国新增旅客数量将达到1.93亿人次，占全球新增客运量近四分之一。2012年到2016年，航空客运量将增加28.5%，年均增长5.3%。亚太地区客运量占全球客运量的比重将从2011年的29%增加到2016年的33%。亚太地区将超过各占21%的北美和欧洲，成为航空客运量最大的区域市场。
