　　“少折腾旅客，让旅客在航班大面积延误时尽量不赶往机场。”首都机场旅客服务促进委员会相关负责人介绍，避免旅客在航站楼内大量滞留的最后方式是完善信息发布渠道。在天气异常情况下，将要求航空公司根据航班放行情况迅速制定航班取消计划，第一时间通知旅客。目前，航班延误和变更信息可以覆盖60%的旅客，但还有40%的旅客没有提供手机联系方式，无法及时获知航班变动信息。今后，民航部门将敦促机票代理提交订单时填写旅客真实的联系方式。
