　　我们从交警部门了解到，昨天上午9点钟过后，灵隐路、玉古路、灵溪隧道、北山路、曙光路车流量飙升，灵溪隧道往灵隐方向的车辆一度排到了天目山路口，曙光路往景区方向的车辆也一直堵到了杭大路口。而灵隐路、玉古路、北山路更是出现了车辆长时间停滞的情况，直到中午拥堵情况才有所缓解。而到了下午，南山路和虎跑也加入了堵车的行列。
