国台办发言人范丽青表示，海旅会和台旅会正在进行2013年度的第一次例行工作磋商，这次磋商主要就提升大陆居民赴台个人游、团队游品质，以及两岸合作加强旅游安全保障等议题交换意见。至于大陆居民赴台个人游的试点城市，今年肯定要增加。
