新疆维吾尔自治区的李老先生因冠心病，先后入住乌鲁木齐市的3家医院，医院对其做了6次艾滋病和梅毒项目检查。老人对此颇有疑义坚持要讨个说法，于是委托身为律师的儿子张元欣将3家医院诉至法院(本报案件版3月22日曾作报道)。
