　　我国现行《结核病防治管理办法》已经“履职”逾20年，昨天，国务院法制办公布《结核病防治管理办法(修订征求意见稿)》(以下简称“征求意见稿”)公开征求意见。拟规定，任何单位不得允许传染性肺结核患者从事可使该病传播扩散的工作。同时明确，相关部门责任人有瞒报、谎报、缓报肺结核疫情的等情形，或将依法给予行政处分、追究刑事责任。
